A scientific journal article authored by the Company's Hugh McTavish and collaborating scientists at the University
of Minnesota and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences that described the experiments showing that the company's lead
drug IGF-methotrexate conjugate is more than 6 times better than methotrexate in mice has been accepted for publication and will
publish in the medical journal Translational Research in March 2009.
The company is preparing to submit an Investigational New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to begin human
clinical trials of its first drug candidate, an IGF-methotrexate conjugate.
