Company Management
PRESIDENT
Dr. Hugh McTavishDr. Hugh McTavish, 46, the Company's Founder and President, is a practicing patent attorney and a Ph.D. biochemist with extensive experience in the laboratory. He is also the inventor of the company's technology.

Dr. McTavish is the lead author of ten referenced scientific publications, the inventor of several issued patents and pending patent applications. He received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1992, and worked for several years after that as a researcher. He spent three years as a patent attorney at Schwegman, Lundberg, Woessner & Kluth in Minneapolis, and then founded his own firm, the McTavish Patent Firm. Dr. McTavish has drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications involving pharmaceuticals and biotechnology inventions, as well as other inventions in the chemical, biological and mechanical arts.

Dr. McTavish is also a former cancer patient, and out of that experience he developed the invention that is the foundation of the Company.

SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD
Arkadiusz Dudek, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Oncology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Dudek is advising the company on oncology treatment trends and on penetrating cancer markets and is assisting with experimental design and developing the technology.  He also has extensive experience with designing and carrying out clinical trials of cancer therapeutics and is assisting the company with its human clinical trials.

Robert Griffin, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Therapeutic Radiology and Radiation Oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Griffin is assisting the company with experimental evaluation of the company's technology and assisting in developing the technology.

Steven E. Prawer, M.D., is a Professor in the Dept. of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota and has served as an investigator for over 75 clinical trials at the Minnesota Clinical Study Center. He will advise the company on establishing strategic relationships with pharmaceutical companies and penetrating key cancer markets.

BUSINESS ADVISORS
Stewart Ehhrreich is a former FDA official and current consultant assisting IGF with obtaining FDA approval of its first drug.

John Offerman is the CEO of Novus Energy, a renewable energy company, and advises the company on financing and general business matters.
